Workshops

Our workshops will challenge you to re evaluate the way you have been thinking about your situation. We will work with you to create goals, think strategically, and help you to commit to timelines that work for you, with follow up opportunities that help to keep you on your chosen path. We design many of our workshops to accommodate no more than 10 participants at a time. This allows you to have a close, personal experience. It allows your questions, opinions, fears, issues, ideas and feedback to be voiced in an environment that is safe, welcoming and free from a regimented classroom  design.

We offer only topics that our facilitators have experienced as well. As it is our intention to continually teach what we have lived. For within the experience itself is where we find the strength, the will and the determination to move forward and only then can offer the insight of our what our journey has been, with honest lessons that have been learned.
