This half day workshop is for the newly separated woman who is in need of a no nonsense guide to getting divorced. You will learn what to expect in court, what questions you should be asking your attorney, pros and cons of hiring an attorney, costs of a divorce, topics to address with your soon to be ex spouse, what some of the paperwork looks like and meaning behind some of the legal terms you may feel overwhelmed about.  We will provide you with various resources to help you move forward with this painful process.  You will have a chance to ask all of the questions you may have or address some of the fears you have about going to court, money, child support etc.  This is the pre cursor to hiring an attorney and filing a petition for Dissolution of Marriage.
